Integrative Adult Counsellor

Hello, my name is Christelle, and I am a qualified Integrative Adult Counsellor.

As an integrative counsellor, I do not believe that one approach to therapy suits everyone. Therefore, I am focused on being client-lead whilst drawing from different therapeutic approaches, including cognitive-behavioural, psychodynamic, and humanistic to make sure that therapy matches each individual’s unique needs. My goal is to create a safe and non-judgmental space where clients can explore and navigate the challenges we face in life.

With experience working in both community and voluntary settings, I possess a deep understanding of human behaviour and mental health. I specialise in addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, disordered eating and life transitions. I collaborate with clients as they journey towards self-discovery, personal growth, and positive change.

My commitment to ongoing professional training is important to me, and ensures I stay informed about the latest advancements in the field, allowing me to provide effective and current counselling support.

I help clients to enhance their overall quality of life, promoting resilience, self-awareness, and lasting transformation.
