Lesley Armstrong, BSc (Hons), MSc (Dip), FdSc.
Integrative Adult Counsellor
My name is Lesley Armstrong and I am a qualified Integrative Counsellor, professionally registered with the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).
As you’re reading this you might be going through a challenging time, you don’t have to handle it by yourself. I will provide a space where you can be heard and where we can work together to make sense of what’s going on in your life. We’ll explore your experiences, your fears, hopes, disappointments, and everything in between. I’m committed to maintaining a professional, supportive and accountable approach, ensuring our work is both relevant and impactful.
Together, we’ll build a relationship based on trust and understanding, which is crucial to creating a safe environment where you can explore your thoughts and feelings openly.
Integrative counselling is a type of therapy that combines different techniques and approaches to best meet the unique needs of each person. My practice draws on CBT and related approaches, but at the heart of it, I understand that sometimes, you just need someone to talk to. That’s perfectly okay, and that’s where we’ll begin. Whether you’re looking for face-to-face sessions or prefer to connect online, I’m here to support you in a way that suits you best.
