Meet the Therapist
Hi, my name is Carol Izzard and welcome to my profile.
I am a fully qualified Integrative Therapist and will provide you with a safe, non-judgemental and comfortable space to unravel, offload and to develop to a better understanding of your emotions and situation. You will feel heard, understood and supported throughout. I am a warm, understanding, and compassionate therapist and will aim to create a positive therapeutic outcome for you.
I believe at the heart of therapeutic outcomes is the reparative and therapeutic relationship between client and counsellor. I understand that life throws many and varied challenges at us all and sometimes we can really benefit from a little help to navigate that difficult road and find a way through.
I started my journey as a bereavement therapist for various types of loss, and I have continued to gain a vast amount of experience and knowledge supporting clients with anxiety, stress, low mood, depression, disability, relationship difficulties and neurodivergent challenges.
