Hello, my name is Christelle and I am a qualified Integrative Adult Counsellor.
My goal is to create a safe and non-judgmental space where you can explore and navigate the challenges and struggles you are facing in life. I possess a deep understanding of human behaviour and mental health.
I specialise in addressing many issues including anxiety, depression, relationship struggles and life transitions. We will collaborate in a journey towards self-discovery, personal growth, and positive change.
My commitment to ongoing professional training is important to me and ensures I stay informed about the latest advancements in the field, allowing me to provide effective and current counselling support. I will help to enhance your overall quality of life, promoting resilience, self-awareness, and lasting transformation.

My Style of Therapy
As an integrative counsellor, I do not believe that one approach to therapy suits everyone. Therefore, I am focused on being client-lead whilst drawing from different therapeutic approaches, including cognitive-behavioural, psychodynamic, and humanistic to make sure that therapy matches your individual unique needs.
