Meet the Therapist
Hello, my name is Elaine. I am an accredited member of the BACP and have been working as a therapist for over ten years. I have a range of qualifications, training and experience in working with a diverse range of issues.
I provide a confidential and non-judgemental space, where my clients can explore their concerns at their own pace. I support my clients with a wide range of issues including, but not limited to anxiety, depression, bereavement, abuse, eating disorders, LGBTQI+, race, neurodiversity, disability, relationship/family issues, work stress and trauma.

- CPCAB level 6 Clinical Supervision
- Foundation Degree in Counselling
- NCFED Master Practitioner in Eating Disorders.

My Style of Therapy
I am trained as an Integrative Counsellor, which means that I draw from a number of counselling models, including Psychodynamic, Humanistic, and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). I work in a person-centred way and tailor my approach to your specific needs. I offer both short and longer term counselling online and via telephone.
