Eoghan O’Hagan – MBACP
Eoghan O’Hagan – Integrative Therapist
Hello, my name is Eoghan O’Hagan, I am a fully qualified Integrative Therapist with specialist training in Person-Centred/Humanistic, Psychodynamic, and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. I also hold professional registration with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapists (BACP). I have experience working with a wide range of issues, including anxiety, depression, stress, anger management, relationship challenges, grief, and trauma. I am also deeply committed to providing a safe and affirming space for individuals of all genders, sexualities, and neurodiverse experiences, honouring what makes you, you.
I’m here to offer a space where you can feel safe to be yourself. I believe that healing begins with compassion—toward yourself and from others. Together, we will explore what’s happening in your life with curiosity, not judgment, and work to understand the patterns and experiences that have shaped you. My approach is gentle and collaborative, allowing us to move at a pace that feels right for you. Whatever has brought you here, I am committed to walking alongside you as you reconnect with your inner strength and move toward greater ease and wholeness.
Whether you’re seeking support for current struggles or exploring deeper patterns, I aim to help you feel truly seen, heard, and empowered on your journey toward a healthier, more balanced life.
