Meet the Therapist
Hi, my name is Frances, and I am an integrative counsellor working with adults. I am professionally registered with the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society (NCPS). Building the therapeutic relationship is key to a successful counselling experience.
We will work together, with my role being to assist you to find your own strength and empowering you to find your own answers, as the only expert in your life is you. I will bring knowledge and experience to help you along your path, which is always led by you. I have experience working with a wide variety of issues within different settings, such as, private practice, charities and companies.
I have extensive experience in working with a vast range of issues including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, stress, life direction and many more. Within previous counselling roles I have also worked with children and adolescents, which allows for a broad understanding and knowledge for a multitude of issues and many ways to work therapeutically with people from all backgrounds.
