Meet the Therapist
Hello, my name is Jackie and I am a BACP accredited counsellor with NI Counselling. I have been working as a therapist since 2017 supporting adults with a range of issues in a range of settings. As an accredited therapist, my aim is to offer you a safe, confidential space that is only about you, to help process events either from the past or in the present, aiding healing and personal growth in a non-biased, non-judgemental setting. I have a particular interest in trauma and the impact that can become embedded in our everyday life. I can support you with your personal journey by having someone listen to your needs in a way that leaves you feeling respected and accepted as an individual. I offer a professional, warm and confidential service to enable people to live the life they want to, empowered and informed to make the choices and move forward.
Professional Qualifications
I hold qualifications and am accredited in the following areas;

My Style of Therapy
As an integrative counsellor, I incorporate three main therapies: Person-centred, Cognitive and Behavioural and Psychodynamic to create flexibility and a choice for each individual client.
