Meet the Therapist

Hello, my name is Karla and I am a qualified adult counsellor who holds a first-class honours degree in Counselling and Psychotherapy. I am a member of the BACP and am passionate about offering a warm and relaxed counselling experience working at a pace that feels comfortable to you. Helping you feel more at ease during a time when you may feel most vulnerable. You’ll be accepted and valued just as you are, no matter what you are going through.

You may be seeking counselling support for many different reasons, you are overwhelmed, lost or feeling stuck with your emotions. Whatever the reason is, I am here to help you on your journey. I offer a diverse range of therapeutic experience, helping to navigate stress, anger, low self-esteem, anxiety, depression, bereavement and loneliness, and many other emotional and personal difficulties.
