Meet the Therapist
As an integrative counsellor, I draw upon three main therapeutic approaches: Person-Centred, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Psychodynamic. This allows me to tailor my approach to suit you as a unique individual, rather than applying a one-size-fits-all method.
My aim is to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore who you truly are, navigate life’s challenges, and ultimately feel more at home within yourself. Whether you’re struggling with depression, anxiety, bereavement, grief, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem, or other personal challenges, I am here to support you in a way that feels right for you.
Taking the first step to seek support can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to do it alone. I’m here to provide the support and understanding you need to move forward at your own pace.
