Meet the Therapist

Hello, my name is Sarah and I am a qualified Counsellor, and a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). My hope is for you to feel safe, heard and understood. I believe that each one of us has the innate capacity for growth and healing and would love to work with you to help you find this. My role has two key parts: supporting you to work through your current struggles, whilst also building a safe relationship to address and heal the root causes of where the difficulties have come from. We can explore how to find a better understanding of yourself and what you need to navigate change and find hope.

My Style of Therapy

I am a BACP qualified counsellor trained in integrated counselling. My work is based on the principles of Person-Centred and Psychodynamic counselling through an IFS (Internal Family Systems) lens. 

I pride myself in offering a warm and trusting relationship with clients, ensuring a nurturing and confidential environment.
