Steph McGall MBACP, FdSc

Integrative Adult Therapist

Hello, my name is Steph, and I am a qualified Integrative Adult Counsellor professionally registered with the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).

I have experience working with a range of issues including anxiety, depression, stress, grief, life transitions, low self-esteem, self-harm and relationship problems with an interest in perinatal mental health. I understand how difficult it can be to take that first step towards counselling, but I can speak personally of the benefits counselling has had in working through some difficult seasons in my own life and how empowering it can be to feel truly heard and understood.

Counselling can give you the space to explore and process difficult emotions and experiences in a safe, confidential, and non-judgemental environment. My role as a counsellor is to facilitate this space, one where you feel respected, supported and empowered to discover new ways of coping and enabled to take the next steps on your journey towards healing.

As an integrative counsellor, I use a blend of techniques which allow me to work alongside you in a way that fits your specific needs, and one which moves at your pace. Whether you need to explore past experiences, current difficulties or transitions, or goals for the future, I am committed to providing the therapy that best fits you.
