About Me

Hi, I'm Carol. I am a fully qualified Integrative Therapist and I will provide you with a safe, non-judgmental and comfortable space to unravel, offload and develop a better understanding of your emotions and situation. You will feel heard, understood and supported throughout our work together. I am a warm, compassionate therapist and I will always aim to create a positive therapeutic outcome for you.

I believe that the heart of good therapeutic work is the reparative relationship between client and counsellor. Life throws many and varied challenges at us all, and sometimes we genuinely benefit from a little help to navigate that difficult road and find our way through.

I started my journey as a bereavement therapist supporting people through various types of loss, and I have continued to build a wide range of experience and knowledge , supporting clients with anxiety, stress, low mood, depression, disability, relationship difficulties and neurodivergent challenges. As an integrative practitioner I draw on a range of techniques to match your individual needs, using person-centred therapy, psychodynamic approaches and CBT.
