About Me
Sometimes life can feel overwhelming. You might be struggling with anxiety or stress, carrying the weight of difficult experiences, or simply feeling unsure of yourself and what comes next. Whatever brings you here, reaching out can be a powerful first step, and you don't need to have everything figured out before you begin.
I offer online and face-to-face counselling in a warm, compassionate and non-judgemental space where you can feel heard, understood and supported.
I am a BACP Accredited Counsellor with experience supporting people through anxiety, stress, emotional overwhelm, bereavement, low self-esteem, trauma, difficult life experiences and periods of change. My approach is person-centred and tailored to you as an individual. I draw on CBT, solution-focused, trauma-informed and somatic approaches, helping you explore your thoughts and emotions as well as the ways difficult experiences can affect your body and nervous system.
My role is not to tell you what to do, but to walk alongside you. Working collaboratively and at your pace, I can help you understand patterns, develop practical tools to manage difficult emotions, reconnect with your strengths and build confidence. My aim is not simply to help you cope, but to support you in creating meaningful and lasting change.
I understand that choosing a counsellor is a personal decision. My priority is a therapeutic relationship built on trust, safety, respect and genuine understanding. You don't have to navigate things alone. Together, we can explore what is happening for you and find a way forward that feels right.
Therapy is your space. Your story. Your journey.
