About Me
Hi, I'm Elaine. I am an accredited member of the BACP and have been working as a therapist for over ten years, building a broad range of qualifications, training and experience across a diverse set of presenting concerns.
I provide a confidential and non-judgmental space where you can explore your concerns at your own pace. I support clients with a wide range of issues including anxiety, depression, bereavement, abuse, eating disorders, LGBTQI+ concerns, race, neurodiversity, disability, relationship and family issues, work stress and trauma. I am a trained Internal Family Systems (IFS) practitioner and a NCFED Master Practitioner in Eating Disorders, which means I bring specialist depth to these areas alongside my broader integrative work.
I draw from psychodynamic, humanistic and cognitive-behavioural models, working in a person-centred way and tailoring my approach to your specific needs. I offer both short and longer-term counselling online and by telephone.

We may not be responsible for the world that created our minds, but we can take responsibility for the mind with which we created our world.
