Elaine is a BACP accredited Counsellor and Psychotherapist with over ten years of experience. A specialist in eating disorders and a trained IFS practitioner, she brings a deeply integrative and compassionate approach to supporting adults with a wide range of emotional, relational and psychological concerns.

About Me

Hi, I'm Elaine. I am an accredited member of the BACP and have been working as a therapist for over ten years, building a broad range of qualifications, training and experience across a diverse set of presenting concerns.

I provide a confidential and non-judgmental space where you can explore your concerns at your own pace. I support clients with a wide range of issues including anxiety, depression, bereavement, abuse, eating disorders, LGBTQI+ concerns, race, neurodiversity, disability, relationship and family issues, work stress and trauma. I am a trained Internal Family Systems (IFS) practitioner and a NCFED Master Practitioner in Eating Disorders, which means I bring specialist depth to these areas alongside my broader integrative work.

I draw from psychodynamic, humanistic and cognitive-behavioural models, working in a person-centred way and tailoring my approach to your specific needs. I offer both short and longer-term counselling online and by telephone.
