Hi, I'm Elaine. I am an accredited member of the BACP and have been working as a therapist for over ten years. During that time I have tailored my training and qualifications towards issues I feel passionate about while developing skills that make a real difference to my clients.

I love the work I do and in my practice I provide a private and non-judgmental space where you don’t have to face your problems alone. Together we can explore your concerns at your own pace, and find a way forward.

I support clients with a wide range of issues including anxiety, depression, bereavement, abuse, LGBTQI+ concerns, race, neurodiversity, disability, relationship, fertility and family issues, work stress and trauma.

I draw from psychodynamic, humanistic and cognitive-behavioural models, working in a person-centred way and tailoring my approach to your specific needs. I offer both short and longer-term counselling online and by telephone.
