About Me

Hi, I'm Jamie. I am a qualified Integrative Therapist registered with the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy, with 15 years of experience working across a range of mental health settings. Over this time I have developed a deep understanding of the complexities involved in mental health and a genuine commitment to meeting each person where they are.

In my practice, I offer a warm, confidential and non-judgmental space where you can safely explore thoughts and emotions that may feel difficult or overwhelming. My approach is centred on your needs, moving at a pace that respects your comfort and readiness throughout.

I believe that no single approach works for everyone, so I tailor my support to each individual , drawing from humanistic, psychodynamic and cognitive-behavioural approaches to create a personalised path towards greater clarity and resilience. I have a particular interest in how our biology influences our thoughts and behaviours, and I provide practical tools to help manage both physical and emotional distress. Above all, I believe that each person has the inner strength to heal, and I feel genuinely privileged to be part of that journey.

Without change, nothing in the world would ever grow or blossom, and no one in the world would ever move forward to become the person they're meant to be.
