About Me
Hi, I'm Julie. I am a qualified counsellor and member of the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society. I provide a confidential and calm space to explore areas of your life that may be causing you to feel stuck, anxious, overwhelmed or depressed.
As an integrative therapist, I draw on a mix of counselling approaches to provide support that is genuinely tailored to you as an individual. I take time to understand and respect your unique experiences, working at a pace that feels comfortable, and helping to facilitate a space for self-discovery, reflection and problem-solving that allows you to move forward towards improved wellbeing.
Whether you feel held back by the past, are fearful of the future, or are struggling with life in the here and now, I can assist with issues including anxiety and depression, relationship difficulties, work-related stress, and crisis and change management. I offer acceptance and non-judgement in everything we do together.
