About Me
Hi, I'm Karla. I am a qualified adult counsellor with a first-class honours degree in Counselling and Psychotherapy, and a member of the BACP. I am passionate about offering a warm and relaxed counselling experience, working at a pace that feels genuinely comfortable for you , especially during a time when you may feel most vulnerable. You will be accepted and valued exactly as you are, no matter what you are going through.
People come to counselling for many different reasons , feeling overwhelmed, lost, or stuck with difficult emotions. Whatever has brought you here, I am here to help. I offer a diverse range of therapeutic experience, supporting adults with stress, anger, low self-esteem, anxiety, depression, bereavement, loneliness and many other emotional and personal difficulties.
My core approach is person-centred, which means our work together is always guided by your needs and moves at your pace. Whether you are looking for short-term support or something longer term, we can work together to find a way to help you feel more at ease and fulfilled.
