We will explore your experiences, your fears, hopes and disappointments, and everything in between. Integrative counselling brings together different techniques and approaches to best meet the unique needs of each person. My practice draws on CBT and related approaches, but at the heart of it, I understand that sometimes you simply need someone to talk to. That is perfectly okay, and that is where we can begin. Together we will build a relationship based on trust and understanding , the foundation for a safe space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings openly, and begin to move forward.
