Hi, I'm Linda. I am a qualified Integrative Counsellor and a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). I am an experienced therapist supporting people through various issues, including bereavement, trauma, low self-esteem, emotional distress and significant life changes.

I know that reaching out for counselling can feel daunting, and that many people carry pressures quietly and alone. I offer a safe, non-judgemental and confidential space where you can slow down, feel heard, and explore your thoughts and feelings at your own pace. At the heart of my work is a belief in connection: feeling heard, understood and supported can be the starting point for meaningful change.

As an integrative counsellor, I tailor therapy to you rather than applying one fixed model. Sometimes that means simply offering warmth and space to talk openly; at other times I draw on elements of CBT to help identify and change unhelpful patterns, or we may explore how past experiences are still shaping your emotions and relationships today. I also gently bring in somatic, body-based work when needed, noticing how emotions show up physically and learning simple ways to support regulation. My aim is to help you find clarity and a way forward that feels right for you.
