Hi, I'm Sarah. I am a qualified Counsellor and a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy. My hope for you is to feel safe, heard and genuinely understood. I believe that each of us has an innate capacity for growth and healing, and I would love to work with you to help you find yours.

My role has two key parts: supporting you to work through your current struggles, while also building a safe relationship to address and gently heal the root causes of where those difficulties have come from. Together we can explore how to develop a better understanding of yourself, what you need, and how to navigate change and find hope.

My work is grounded in person-centred and psychodynamic principles, explored through an Internal Family Systems (IFS) lens. I pride myself on offering a warm and trusting relationship with each client I work with, ensuring a nurturing and confidential environment where you can explore freely, at your own pace. I have specialist training in trauma, grief and attachment, and I bring particular care and attentiveness to these areas of work.
