Steven is a NCPS registered integrative counsellor offering a safe, non-judgmental space for adults navigating anxiety, low mood, grief, identity and relationship difficulties. Warm, accessible and person-centred at his core, he works collaboratively to build self-understanding and resilience.
About Me
Hi, I'm Steven. I am a registered Integrative Counsellor and I offer a safe, confidential space where you can explore whatever is on your mind , without judgement, pressure or expectation. Together, we can explore the issues that matter to you, whether that is anxiety, low mood, relationship difficulties, grief, identity, or simply a sense of wanting more from life.
My goal is not to give you advice or quick fixes, but to support you in making sense of your experiences, uncovering patterns and developing greater self-understanding and resilience. I understand that taking the first step can feel daunting, and you are welcome to reach out at any point to talk about what you are looking for and whether working together feels right.
I work integratively, drawing on person-centred counselling as my main foundation , creating a supportive and accepting space for you. I also draw on psychodynamic approaches, which explore how past experiences shape our present, and cognitive behavioural therapy, which helps us understand and shift unhelpful thoughts and behaviours. The blend always depends on what feels most useful for you.

When someone really hears you without passing judgement on you, it is astonishing how elements which seem insoluble become soluble.
