I have experience working with a wide range of issues including complex trauma and bereavement. I understand that these experiences can contribute to feelings of confusion, anger, shame or hopelessness, and I believe that engaging in counselling can be a significant step forward towards healing and change.

I have a particular interest in neurodiversity and working with autistic adults. As a neuroaffirming therapist, I embrace different communication styles and tailor my approach to support your individual needs. With over ten years of experience in the field of autism, I can offer understanding, assurance and genuine insight.
