About Me

Hi, I'm Ann-Marie. I am a HCPC registered Therapist with 21 years of experience supporting adults across a wide range of difficulties. With qualifications spanning psychotherapy, music therapy and clinical supervision, I bring a rich and genuinely distinctive approach to the therapeutic space.

I offer an invitation to engage creatively, to explore thoughts and feelings without always needing to find the words. Whether through music, art or conversation, I am passionate about creating a safe and trusting space where you can achieve your potential and reconnect with what matters. I believe fully in the power of connection and reconnection, and what I offer is an opportunity to be heard, to heal and to repair through a creative lens, within the safety of the therapeutic relationship.

My approach is trauma-informed, integrative and client-led, drawing on psychodynamic, person-centred and cognitive-behavioural principles. I support people experiencing anxiety, stress, depression, bereavement, relationship difficulties, neurodivergent challenges and trauma. My experience working with children and young people also gives me a particular understanding of parenting challenges and relational difficulties across the family system. Whatever you bring, I will use my full range of skills to support you fully through the process.
